hey its the composite au guy with a rewrite for the au of the curious cannibal Voidstar
Now, for those unaware, Voidstar's gear is the Dark Spellbook of the Forgotten, which would allow her to cast a variety of magical spells. Of course, her canon Phighting self isn't exactly capable of doing this, but her COMPOSITE form certainly can. Her namesake, the Voidstar crown, has quite the history, but one of its most notable appearances is in the famous myth Noli.
Now, in order to understand why a legendary hacker/ghost/cultist would have any influence in the Inpherno, we have to understand where the Inpherno actually is. Without revealing too many details, the Inpherno is a lower dimension parallel to Robloxia/Roblox universe where Robloxians exist instead of demons (which is actually the reasons they call em "demons" and not "Inphernals"). The Robloxians that descended into this lower realm gained immense power in the Inpherno and were heralded as gods (way above the status of *those* seven gods fyi). The Overseer, Telemon, and Korblox were all gods, but that's not important right now. All of these gods were *invited* into the Inpherno and were really just powertripping researchers that went a bit too far, but Noli was something else entirely. Nobody knew if he was a virus or an invader, but his presence permeated the dark magic of the Inpherno and spawned a bloodline of book-reading cult leaders that sought to "resurrect" him. Their claim of resurrection curiously does imply that Noli is/was deceased.
Anyways, Voidstar is yet another gear-descendant of that enigmatic bloodline, but instead of working in the shadows, she has chosen to become her own person as the chairwoman of Blackrock. She was in power for a rather peaceful era of the developing researcher-led faction, but she was shortly after overthrown by a council of five mysterious mask-wearing magic users. She remained as a representative husk for the faction, but didn't hold any real power despite the council claiming that they were serving under Voidstar. Eventually, she went publically silent as she delved into the dark magics the council was offering her, and it was revealed to her that the five masked figures were instead a small army of 50 cult members distributed and merged into 5 archbishops as a symbiote. As she realized that the cult was hailing her as a messiah, she lost her mind and began to worship the dark lord Noli and shortly after became his link to the physical world.
Aside from her usual magic granted to her by her gear, as a vessel for Noli she has the ability to transfer her soul to any of the 50 cult members and retain her life by retreating as another person. Personality wise, she's described as being "clearly fallen from grace" and often descends into rambling about her Lord Noli, praising him and expressing her love for him. Other than that, most of her intelligence lost from her madness is balanced by her power and assistance from the near-hivemind of the cult, which often conduct schemes of their own. Because Voidstar is a vessel for Noli, she often falls into trances where the god of the void takes control to tear flesh or knaw on bodies before she quickly snaps back to reality. She's only a tragic remainder of a once passionate woman of science and magic.
yoooooo, this is cool (/gen)
this is super well-written and I'm curious to know what else you might come up with ^^
