For plot reasons I need this to work in such a way that

Harry can't actually do much of anything with his share of the company until he turns 18 and gets a job at OsCorp

One of the few things Harry can do before then is say "actually no I don't want that" and have his share of the company default to Emily anyway

A flashback.

Like, it doesn’t even need to be that in detail, one of the actors could literally explain it during and I’d be happy.

Just a flashback, that explains how Tom’s Peter got his powers (since Oscorp doesn’t exist in the MCU) and what the Uncle Ben situation is.

Cause I’ve read multiple fanfics that have things all over the place, and it would really help to make more sense of things if we knew what was going on before Tony recruited Peter.
