It's mermay, yay! I know it's about mermaids, but i can't stop thinking about it like it's just about fantasy water crechurs.
So here are sea dragons Marinus and Ormis. They were created for an exercise of character design some years ago (i guess i need to make a post about that exercise, cause it's fun). Marinus should be an engineer villain dragon in some sea adventures. I needed to do something with that. And welp, this story absorbed so many things i love.
It's kind of parody to "the little mermaid". Like... What if the mermaid was so disappointed in humanity and life in general that became an evil boss of a corporation that wants to destroy the world? Yeah, that's Marinus. They faked their own death 2500 years ago so nobody would search for them. And Marinus understood pretty fast that humans are shitty but couldn't go back to the sea cause of the cringe (and well, they never liked the other dragons either).
Ormis is the main character of the story. He ran away from home and went to the surface. He and his friends need to stop Marinus. But the joke is that Ormis found out that Marinus is also a dragon pretty fast so he decided to use it. Now Marinus can't get away from the kid who ruins all the evil plans Marinus have built.
Also Ormis took over one room of the huge house of Marinus. So they fight all the day trying to stop each other from what they are doing and then they have a dinner.
