History: Original Concept Rise has a backstory the opposite of Kanji’s. She was seen punching a kid at a young age, but rumors spread quickly, so she started pretending she was shy and cute, but that wasn’t her.

Persona: Wu Zetian. This only female emperor of China strangled her daughter and poisoned her family in order to frame her rivals to the throne, which worked. She was known for her reign of terror
