I was watching Return of the Jedi and Admiral Ackbar clearly addresses General Madine as General Nadine. I skipped back five times but I COULD NOT convince my ears he was saying M. (Also, the lip-sync doesn't form an M, either.)
i have not watched the original trilogy enough to appreciate your observation and i apologize. I also have no idea who General Madine is;; i am but a simple prequels stan :/
