Your explanation of P3 helped me reformulate that idea

Specially given I gave that abnormality the concept of apathy towards death/unhealthy acceptance of death, maybe I should change a bit to fear of death too but doesn't make that much sense-

For now I gave it the name of Reaper of Countless Moths (yep, it was making some kind of pair with Funeral of the Dead Butterflies)

To me an unhealthy acceptance of death sounds like: "Nothing matters because everything will end."

The deep, human desire to surrender to Oblivion.

Sounds good, considering there aren't too many abnos that deal with depression and sadness.

Moths are a counterpart to butterflies. Where butterflies may represent renewal, transformation in light, or a soul progressing onward, Moths instead represent an attraction to light even while transforming in the dark. They are nocturnal. Dusty. Drawn compulsively toward light sources that can kill them.

Their attraction often feels self-destructive rather than liberating.

Like a soul damned to the underworld reaching out to Valhalla's light.

Reaching toward meaning while drowning in despair.

Despite that, the moths still seek the light. They never stop yearning. They just lose faith that the light can truly be reached.

I think that works, primarily because... P3 isn't about fearing death. And Funeral is about giving the fucked over L Corp. employees their eternal rest. The Reaper of Countless Moths could be about giving those whose life has left their eyes that final step into oblivion.

To gently invite people to stop resisting.

To finally give in and stop searching for that light, if only to rest forevermore.

Not to honour the dead, but to invite the Living to join them in The Fall (woo Nyx moment).

Besides, Nyx is not simply the fear of death. She represents the point where bone-crushing exhaustion makes death seem like a comfort.

It's called Roundabout Chrysalis.

It's a flourishing peaceful garden that grew beneath a chrysalis of scorn, the blood red egg ever-present as it hangs over the greenery. The garden grew itself, through careful consideration and genuine love for itself. the humanoid figure inside the chrysalis will remember the days the garden was grey and cold and filled with charred, piercing brambles, remember the days that the garden hurt it. In revenge it burns the garden to cinders, ironically returning the garden to its cold and grey state as the plants curl and sharpen, before sewing itself back up inside the chrysalis.

Time passes, and the garden cultivates itself again, but the festering cocoon will only ever judge the garden for who it was in the past, in spite of the evident growth.

In Lobotomy Corporation it would be associated with Insight work and Black damage. In Limbus Company it's E.G.O. would either be Gloom, Wrath, or Envy depending on the person and which part of the abnormality they connect to the most.
