Somehow I feel that with dark!Holly, the last book might not have ended very differently. Would she be a catalyst for dark!Lucy and dark!Lockwood?
Dark!Holly in her very nature is a catalyst. That’s what she does. Had Holly been evil in THB, nothing would have really changed except for that last bit where Lucy and Holly have that bonding experience with the poltergeist.
She could also very well be the reason dark!Lucy came along (I’m not sure about dark Lockwood, he’s kind of an odd fish.) Holly would whisper little lies into Lockwood’s ear, which would definitely cause him to act in ways he wouldn’t normally. And since even in the dark verse, Lucy’s attitude is very Lockwood centered, his reaction to Holly’s deceit would definitely breed some negative feelings, which Skully could feed off of, which leads to a very bad situation all around.
One of my favorite things about dark!Lucy is that, because she is a bringer of death, every time she kills, her army gets just a little bit bigger. The ghosts start to outnumber the living, and the more she kills, the more powerful she gets. Food for thought.

George would probably be more of a backseat, he’d be their brains as long as they promised not to kill anyone that would make an interesting subject. They’re not smart enough to kill him and he’s not motivated to kill them. It’s a mutual respect thing. Kind of. wait you mean like normal good normal?That’s hard. Um...
I really doubt they’d get along. I mean, if he had reason, he could hide the fact that he’s morbidly curious about how long it would take for them to bleed out through their feet but like, finding a reason would be hard. If Lockwood were evil, he’d be cunning enough to help George out, but I really don’t see how he’d get along with them all being good.
Perhaps if he started good, and went bad during the bone mirror episode... Lockwood and Lucy would be his first victims.
