This weekend was amazing! A beautiful and synergistic close to my solar return. I filled in for my sisterfriend @danyalethomasross whom I hope feels my thoughts and prayers in her time of loss. Because of her I was able to connect and share @playsparked and @womanspeakinc with the attendees of Wisdom and Virtue Women's conference. Met a close friend @dawnehorizons of my soul sister @wildlynourishedwoman AND shared Aloha with fellow Brooklyn Tech alumni @kimcoles. #Brooklyn represents everywhere, ya hear me?! Had several conversations that reaffirmed how necessary #menstrualcycleawareness and #orgasmicliving is for women (I really need to get these workshops going!) Normally I would have found a way to get out of having to be so high touch on days 1-2 of my #menstrualcycle but I decided to just step up my herbals and nutrition to keep my energy even and discomfort at bay. 'Bout to get under the bed though. p.s. If you have been wanting to create brave and empowered space for BIWOC, do it! Don't worry about being organized or waiting until it looks bright and shiny. Let folks know you're figuring it out as you're putting it out and ask them to help you make it the way you want it to look. Doesn't this fill you with joy? I know I'm filled with joy. Watermelon is such a powerful fruit! Fruit is just amazing. I never get tired of eating fruit as I would other foods and I must say that eating fruit is ORGASMIC. We have been taught that life is about suffering but that is not the case! We've been tricked. The challenge is to actually choose to end your suffering by getting out of the fear mentality that most of us have been in. The way to do this is to choose love instead and one of the best ways to love yourself is to eat plenty of organic/veganic raw fruits and vegetables! It's not easy to do and people will throw their own fear at you but as you get rid of your own fear their fear won't be able to touch you. As you raise your vibration your reality will change. You may lose some people but that's okay when something is taken from you have faith that it will be supplemented with something better. When you feel the fear choose to do it anyway. I remember when I used to braid of hugging trees in public! Got over that one!
