When I found this dragon in the Auction House she was going by the name of Mulch. However, her coloration reminded me of the Japanese practice of Kintsugi. They fix broken pottery with gold to highlight the history that's made the ceramic stronger and more beautiful.
As such I renamed the dragon Oreta, Japanese for Fracture.
While I was dressing her and giving her her familiar I felt more and more called to her, as if I was creating myself in dragon form. I, too, have experienced fractures and breaks in my life that led to damage, and I'm still in the process of healing. The Japanese practice of Kintsugi is important to me as I give myself and my past the grace I need to heal and learn.
Oreta will be a reminder on this account to be kind to myself. I'm beautiful and strong, and the brokenness is part of that.
