honestly all might’s final showdown was SUPER EMOTIONAL for me, like i havent teared up bc of manga in a looonnggg time but when he pointed at the camera and said “youre next” to deku... goddamn it. just the reveal of all mights true form was a big moment of the arc for me?? and seeing flashbacks of him young talking to his master, and then him telling deku that deku’s mom reminds him of his master... god it got to me. deku sobbing while he watches all mights true form get blasted all over the news got to me hard, deku REALLY really cares about all might, he’s not just a fanboy. my heart.

some other things i really love that give me chills are like, the moments deku experiences the residue of previous quirk owners coming through for him, like when he was brainwashed and started hallucinating all these eyes watching him... idk but the concept of the “one for all” quirk is REALLY interesting to me. with almost everyone else its just a natural thing to them, but to deku it’s like carrying a torch with all these wishes and wills on his shoulders. i also found it cool that the anti-quirk to all might is “all for one”, seemed poetic.. 

i wish mineta would die and stop being a thing tho. but as far as everyone else i really love the character development- in general shonen tends to have super slow char dev especially for minor/support characters, but bnha really spreads it out. bakugou’s arc is really interesting!! and todoroki’s development sparked by his fight with deku is also really memorable, i loved it, i LOVE how deku isnt just trying to be a hero he’s just trying to help everyone emotionally and mentally, too.
