What would a boss fight against Agent 8 sound like? When stripped of all the leitmotifs taken from other sources, whose music are we left hearing? Or are those motifs too intrinsic to remove? Would there be nothing left?

How could Project Memverse be expected to aid someone who can aid everyone but themself? Realistically, it can't — therapy isn't purely an external process. In order to reassert who they are, 8 must first find who they are, deep down.

And then beat the snot out of them. Yeah, that'll help.

LIKE--- the colour around them ??!?!?! how the windows indicate they are finally on the surface and no longer trapped ?!?!?!? the plants that symbolise life as contrast to the original trailer for side order and the lack of life in their og art ??!?! the softer colour pallette compared to the harsher octo one, where red is much more prominent!?!?!?!

and the light in their eyes and the subtle unsure expression as they start to adapt to having music as a hobby instead of it consuming them. and how they represent that in how they take off the glasses and put the headphones to the side.... and their piercings !!!!!!!! acht went outside and talked to other inkfish got those themself, as a form of self expression, without having to be influenced by octarian society or the likes of kamabo co...

My order of the Bancala Walker and Ordertune has finally arrived so I finally got to rip another Splatoon CD!

I added Ordertune to my archive of Splatoon CD releases if you were still looking for a download.

but that doesn't mean they will, even if they're technically different (no audience noise as far as i can tell, and muck warfare cut out the part where each member of the band gets a solo). they're pretty similar, and they've done alternate versions of songs before that didn't get on albums (like when final fest's announcement used a looping version of that octo expansion cutscene theme, or when the final fest battles had octo canyon/expansion music reworked into battle themes)

BUT some of these songs didn't get performed at the irl concerts. liquid sunshine, tomorrow's nostalgia today, we're so back--those would all be brand new (technically the new arrangements of city of color and color pulse too). so unless they do have plans to do another concert and include those it would be kind of weird to hold off on that now. and in that case maybe they'd have all the others too for completeness or whatever
