Gluttony: Write about the one food or dish your character would eat every day if they could. Tony has a weakness for Italian food. It’s something he could eat everyday. He himself is half Italian from his mothers side, and usually when Maria cooked she chose dishes from the Italian cuisine, Tony oftentimes helping her. And while he never got the hang of cooking it himself he loves to eat.So if someone wants to make Tony happy, just cook him some Italian food. The saying: ‘The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach’ applies to him in this particular case.

Envy: Describe a time where your character wanted something so desperately that it drives them to distraction.

       The gun trembles in his palm, enough to show how unsteady he is at the moment. Too emotionally compromised for the mission to be completed efficiently, if at all. Glared down the barrel, but there’s no heat behind the blue eyes. Just dread and misery. Everything sucks. Life has, once again, shaken him like a snowglobe, laughing while the bits and pieces of his existence float around in chaos. Licks his lips nervously, speechless for the first time in years. And only then does he notice that he hasn’t even managed to convince his own body to put a finger on the trigger, making the weapon a useless ornament.

     what scares him is that he almost does.   he almost fucking swoons and collapses right into brock’s fucking lap and kisses him, in front of everyone.   he knows that no one would notice-- it’s one of those fancy events tony keeps inviting everyone to, this time, all of the avengers were given a plus one and he had no one else to bring.   mostly he did it just so he could say he was there for five seconds before sneaking off with rumlow.

     but he doesn’t.   he just grins and leans back against the bar top, acting like he isn’t in ripped up jeans and a tight t-shirt when tony specifically glared at him when he said black tie event.   he turns and fiddles with brock’s tie and shirt collar, looking through the corner of his eye to see if anyone is paying attention to him.

     in the morning, after he sleeps off the hangover and ices his ( more than likely ) bruised face, he’ll blame natasha for the mess he’s about to get himself into.

     she took him out in the first place-- to get over jess leaving him and kate stealing his fucking dog on her way to los angeles.   she’s the one that disappeared when over half of the strike team showed up, rowdy and looking like they just walked right out of clint’s super-secret book of fantasies.

     and THAT was really a sign that he should have gotten the fuck out of dodge.

     but he actually sat down with them like he fucking belonged there, in their.. weird little world, and talked a few of them into playing pool with him.   for a while it was funny, he hustled them and got about five-hundred bucks out of the first couple of games, and then it just started getting boring.   one of them-- rollins, he thinks his name is-- kept glaring at him, like he knew clint was just fucking with them all because he thinks he’s smarter.   which, he is, but he wasn’t going to actually voice that opinion because he would rather not get beaten up.

     he was about to find someone to go home with when the rest of the team showed up, blue eyes landing on brock as he came to join the rest of them, and he immediately knows it’s a bad idea.   he didn’t know about the rest of them-- though he’s pretty sure if one is bad, the rest are too-- but he knows something dark about rumlow, knew it and still kept it a secret all these months.   but it wasn’t hard to dig up one little tidbit of information like any possible connections with hydra.

     when one of them actually clapped clint on the shoulder and shoved a beer in his hands, he almost got sick, because he shouldn’t have been doing this.   it was dangerous.   but before he knew it, he was drinking more, and he agreed to help brock get more drinks which led them to this.
