Mermaid AU: The Vorpal Sea
So I got into a bit of a mermaid kick a little while back. And ended up doing some of my main girls as mermaids.
Ferce, strong & deadly. But just as beautiful. A warrior of her kingdom & her fellow pers look up to her & fear at the same time. The shell necklace was a gift from her mother. A sea goddess who protects the ocean.
A beautiful glowing light in such a vast & dark ocean. The powers she as born with came from her mother. Though she is limited to some of them. But still has her father's family powers to. A kind & well mannered young thing. But also shy & curious to humans.

Deadly looking, but a sweet adorable bean when you get to know her. Her likes to collect shiney & interesting human things that fall into the sea. She is also mischivous & extreamly curious. And if angered, be prepated for the sharp barbs under that cape like frill connected to her tendrals.

My girl Christa is a seal mermaid. Not a silkie. Just a normal seal pup. While Ashlyn here is a orca whale. A weird pair I know. Considering one is the prey for the other. But Ashlyn took in the small seal pup when she was still a baby. Now she is her adopted daughter. Christa is a fun loving individual but is serious when she is givien a task or job. Ashlyn is a strong & forgiving leader. But sadly, she has been missing sense the human she fell in love with betrayed her.
This is mostly what I have for characters. The story itself is still in the works. But I thought you guys would like to see them ^^
