I've been thinking on my feelings about orcas. It's hard to describe how I feel and I don't know why I feel the way I do, but I have a strong connection with orcas. I see them like family and I love them deeply. I also occasionally have phantom shifts as an orca.
I believe I may have also had a few past lives as an orca. I don't identify as my past lives though, and so I think the otherhearted label feels right! Although I could be wrong. But this seems right to me

Otherhearted is really hard to explain (at least for me) given that the definition is pretty vague. But to be otherhearted is to identify with something.
For me, this means I have a very strong spiritual and psychological connection to orcas and cats respectively. I feel this love and connection to them as if they were my family and we belong together. But I don't identify as either of them. I myself am neither a cat nor orca. (Even though I experience cat & orca shifts. Confusing I know!)
