Running gag in my strawberry shortcake spiderverse au in which Mirasol Morales' orange scent sometimes almost blows her cover (bc she's a Blood Orange Blossom variant and the joke about how you can't peel oranges without everyone smelling them). It happens for both 1610 B.O.B Spidey and 42 B.O.B. Prrrrowler. Spidey will be invisible or Prrrowler will be hidden, but they just smell strongly of oranges sometimes hehe. It doesn't raise suspicion at first, but it's a strong enough scent to be that ppl occasionally ask out loud who's been peeling oranges near them. It even makes some baddies vaguely paranoid at any smell of oranges lmao.
Yesyesyesyes,absolutely and now i want to read a regular verse oneshot of the Morales Twins where Miles teaches Miles G how to peel oranges again after she forgot since Jefferson was the one who taught her how to and they'd eat the slices often together and it ends on the positive note of Miles G feeling happy she finally remembers the smell of oranges properly again
