This isn't about being bi, but I feel guilty about consuming porn, especially because I know that it's an abusive industry and stuff. I can't really afford to pay for ethical porn or whatever, idk where this was going, I just feel guilty and Im not sure how to not feel that way.
Porn isn't intrinsically bad or abusive. Sure, the mainstream porn industry is flawed and has a potential to be abusive and harmful to the people working in it. But that goes for all industries under capitalism. Just because sex is involved doesn't make the porn industry suddenly worse than other industries whose products you are consuming. Labour exploitation always affects marginalised and oppressed groups more. But the presence of sex doesn't make the porn industry worse than, say, customer service or an Amazon warehouse. At least in my opinion.
If you cannot afford to spend any money on ethical porn, try to search for amateur porn, promote sex worker's content (if it's a platform where that's okay and the laws in your country won't get them in trouble) and/or research the production companies that you watch porn movies of to see if they seem okay to you or something seems iffy. Or just resort to good old fanfiction or erotic fanart if that's enough to get you off.
But in my opinion, though it'd be ideal to strive for consumption of ethical porn and to actually pay for it, you shouldn't generally feel bad for consuming porn and even mainstream porn isn't inherently abusive of its workers. Acting like it is really doesn't help sex workers at all. So try to be as ethical about your porn consumption as you can afford to be but don't scold yourself for not being perfect.
