I read your tags. No longer planning on trusting anyone in the queen's thief? Good idea. At least there's not much more first person to trick you!

The first person tripped me up so bad in The Thief. First it was annoying, then I got used to it, then everything was a lie, and it was just you clever author you, this is how you do POV and correctly anticipate audience movement and I kind of hate you for how well that turned out. I'm going to have to do a more formal, dull, pedantic, scholarly post about how I felt about the unreliable narrator in The Thief and how the suspicion carried forward through the sequel.
