When they're reading the story book, the witch is still seen as evil. Which I find interesting since the entire world revolved around essentially worshipping the villains.

In chapter 16 in the final battle, if you choose to fight Zathra and you have the Legendary Bow she'll said that she killed Galdriel. It's quite likely that she and Galdriel were close friends before...you know. Shit happened. π I think that maybe Duke Ethrax could have been acquaintances, allied with or maybe even friends with Ellara and Xaius before- as I said earlier- shit happened.
