There is literally no Ship Type I like more than the Healing Ship. When both characters have experienced trauma and/or grief. While Thomas did have a crush on Alastair in his bully era, I appreciate that he still called him out when he said anything particularly bad. Thomas was able to look past Alastair's rocky exterior, but he also held him accountable. I wonder if that's why Alastair listened to him, because he (on some level) already trusted Thomas's moral compass to guide him.
