—— SEBASTIAN STAN, CIS-MALE, THIRTY-THREE, he/him. // every time i hear NO ROOTS by ALICE MERTON, it makes me think of SAMUEL BOSWELL. i haven’t seen them in a while. they’re busy as an DANCER & A DANCE TEACHER now, and they’re still known to be CAPTIVATING and ASPIRING and of course, ANXIOUS and AIMLESS too. recently, i learned that HE WAS BORN INTO A GYPSY FAMILY BUT RAN AWAY WHEN HE WAS 16. —— Samuel came to town when he was twenty five years old after being on the road by himself for years. He had never even considered living in one town for longer then couple of days, but when he came to town and met the people he knew he wouldn’t be able to leave.

- Samuel Boswell ( Shandor Boswell ) Was born October 10th, 1985 to a large family of seven. 

- He was born on the road in Bulgaria to a gypsy family that had made camp outside a small Bulgarian town.

- Samuel’s childhood consisted of traveling with his family and making money by dancing and selling things he and his family had created back in their camp. 

- Even though he was only a kid he knew by then that this was going to be his life, that he was going to get married to a nice girl and they were going to travel together and never really settle down. He quite frankly hated it. 

- He wanted to settle down and make a life and a name for himself but he, in a way felt trapped. 

-So when he was sixteen years old he ran away from home. He travelled through Europe. Most of the time he made money by dancing but sometimes when he was lucky he would find someone willing to hire him for couple of days or weeks. 

- After years of working small time jobs he had made enough money to buy a plane ticket to the US. 

-There he travelled even more, he changed his name to Samuel and met new people. 

- After years of telling himself that he was going to find a place to settle down and live for the rest of his life, he kind of felt lost. He was travelling just as much as he did back before he left his family and still he hadn’t been able to find a place to call a home. 

- That was until he stumbled into Oakport one late afternoon. Originally he only came there to stay the night and find something to eat, but he completely fell in love with the town and it’s people. So he decided that he had finally been able to find his home. 

- That was eight years ago. Today he has a beautiful home that he’s sharing with one other person. He has a steady job as a dance teacher and he’s surrounding himself with great people. So you could say that everything’s going great for him after he moved to town!!. 

- Samuel is a really open person tbh, he is able to make friends really easily 

- He kind of finds it hard to settle down with one person. So it’s not a rare sight to see him with different guy every night.

very avg growin up, went to classes and parties jus like everyone else. lived that ideal white picket fence fantasy except without the fence and then she went off to college in washington dc. she changed her major like three times before settling on international affairs with hopes of becoming an ambassador. applied to grad schools around the country to get a masters of public affairs and did all that work to get in and then somehow ??? just mentally crashed ?? three weeks before graduation she just sort of stopped doing her work and keeping up with her activities. she just told herself it was a little slump and when she got a few acceptance letters she just felt even more exhausted and couldn’t even look at them ?? so she tossed them into a corner of her room before moving back home to oakport. 

her parents moved away from oakport and into a nearby city two years after she left for college but they kept the house she grew up in and she pays them rent to stay there. she doesn’t plan on staying for too long but like ??? who knows ukno she already been there nearly two years. she’s confused and absolutely refuses to think about her future and where she sees herself in a few months let alone years 

up until the age of sixteen, she wanted to be a writer and so she wrote a little children’s book about a group of animals in a zoo living their daily lives and her parents helped her publish it. the book went on to sell five copies !! two of which were purchased by her parents and aunt. and then her passion for writing soon died down. 

literally obsessed w memes and u will see her dab unironically to embarrass her friends. has once taken two naps in a day after sleeping for 11 hours at night. too lazy to cook and also afraid of oil splashing and burning her so she tends to eat out a lot which is .,, quite bad for her wallet yikes. is actually a bit of a mess. responsible tho like she'll pay her bills on time and do her laundry but she will also make terrible decisions 

worked as a barista for a few months but quit because she was tired of saying “can you please swipe your card instead of inserting it” and also of not being able to paint her nails and smelling like old coffee constantly and is now a hostess 

she wants to go back to school or find a job that puts her degree into use but her gap year turned into two years and she has made no initiative in doing any of those things 

so hailey and hunter have grown up with strict parents, trying to control and force their children into doing things they don’t want to do.

even @ twenty one years old they are still trying to control hailey. they’ve accepted that she won’t be a nurse & let her go on to train to be a vet but she has to train @ at a local college, so she can live at home.

but hailey is starting to rebel against her parents, she wants to move out but they won’t let her. 

she’s started to sleep on friends sofas, sneak out late at night, she’s also started hooking up with a lot of guys. knowing her parents wouldn’t like it.

her relationship with her brother is great, they love each other very much and hailey often ends up staying at his house.

she’s a feisty girl who is sick of her parents shit and is, at last, trying to stand up for herself.

once she’s finished at college she’s hoping to move out the family home & away from her parents. even if she has to move in with her brother, she needs to move out. 

hailey understands her parents will never change and she just wants to be out of that toxic environment once & for all!!

ideas for plots with hailey:

friends: hailey needs a strong group of friends who she can share everything with and sleep on their couches.

friends with benefits:  hailey is sleeping around a lot to get back at her parents, i would love her to have some fwbs.

protector: maybe someone slightly older that looks out for hailey, like her brother does. 

ok ok where to start, let’s talk about her growing up lifestyle? so her dad was in the army so she is what people would call in army brat. she never spent longer than a year at a certain location, so as a result she’s never had that whole home feeling. 

also have you ever heard of the people who were raised in strict households ending up being the most rebellious? also her. 

her dad was pretty strict so she was definitely rebellious, like sneaking out at night, smoking joints, and going for late night drives. 

however she was kind of secretive about it because she hates confrontation, so in her dad’s eyes she was like an angel but she definitely has a known wild side.

she’s what you’d call a free spirit, she does what she wants without thinking about consequences, because for so long she had to always think about those things. 

she’s artistically advanced, she loves to paint, sketch, and doodle. like her apartment is lined with doodles on napkins. 

she’s what you’d call controlled chaos. she’s free and fun but knows her limits

her apartment is FILLED with flowers and plants and all the greenery. 

also 420 friendly, let’s smoke a joint?

also she has a wall in her apartment where she just has a mural she keeps adding to.

kind of a hippie boho sheek style wise? vibes wise.
