The raids, carried out in Banbury, Kidlington, and Oxford, were part of Operation CeCe, a national effort to combat the sale of smuggled and fake tobacco products. Sniffer dogs helped uncover hidden stashes in stores, revealing a growing problem in the underground tobacco market.
