Just Dance (Max Fabian 2009 Remix)

Great hooky catchy gem from a long forgotten filesharing site with long dead download links. Just Dance is one of those pop songs that is very versatile and choppable into remix form, and this is an excellent example of what it sounded like to people in 2009. Note the punctuation by horns and jazzy piano.

Bad Romance (Dan Easton Vocoder Version) circa 2012

This one elicits either raving delight or disgusted looks when played! Some love the eerie haunting melody of Gaga's voice (which stands alone with no musical accompaniment) some think I'm insane and that the song is a piece of trash, but honestly, I think that this manipulation of Gaga's Bad Romance acapella by Dan Easton is a masterpiece of sound that is really artful. Now you may not think that, if you don't, go ahead and delete it! But I hope you will give it at least a few listens first. Born This Way (SpekrFreks Remix) circa 2-17-2011

Two DJs from San Franscisco cooked this one up right after Gaga dropped "Born This Way" in February 2011. It's 'chopped and screwed' just right, with little hints of extra synth to accentuate the wobbly dubsteps. Check them out here: https://www.facebook.com/spekrfreks

Applause (DJ White Shadow Trap Remix) 8-22-2013

As we say good bye to the ArtRAVE era tonight, I thought it would be appropriate to include the exit music to the ArtRAVE by DJ White Shadow (Paul Blair). This one was taken from his SoundCloud back in August 2013. I can close my eyes and remember the afterglow of the ArtRAVE when I hear this one. It Don't Mean A Thing (If It Ain't Got That Swing) (DJ Drew Stevens Remix) 11-17-2014

DJ Drew is right up there with Giorgio Moroder and Parov Stelar here with his own take an a hard-to-remix track off of 'Cheek To Cheek'. I say hard to remix, because the structures of Jazz are difficult to translate to a dance floor beat. Drew does a masterful job here, and promises us more in the future! A Big Thank You!

I would like to thank you for listening to all of these tunes from my collection for the past 14 weeks. The chance to share my little obsession with all of you through the platform of Radio Artpop has been a really great pleasure for me, and I hope you get the same enjoyment out of the tracks as I do. Radio Artpop and I are taking a month long hiatus for the holidays this year, but I will be back in January with more download sets for you to download!

In the place of the 5 piece download sets, I will be launching the 5th Annual 24 Days Of Christmas across the Gaga fanbase, running from December 1st, 2014 to December 24th, 2014. We will be working with RA to tweet and 'broadcast' the event through RadioArtpop.com and also across the 3 major Lady Gaga forums: Operation Gaga.com, Propagaga.com, and GagaDaily.com (the site on which it all began!)
