My body been falling apart y'all. I stopped lifting for always having some kind of arm or shoulder injury. I stopped running when my achilles tore. Every time I play ball I tear my meniscus. Only thing saving me from looking crazy is genetics. That will only last so long though. Unacceptable how long I've let this go on. I weigh as much as Zion Williamson. Anytime in the last 2.5-3 years when someone asks me about working out, I've ignored them or flaked. It's embarrassing. I'm going to push through whatever this time. I'll need help though.
