Lascio camminare i pensieri... A me la macchina teatrale mi ha insegnato la vita. Sono ventitré anni che calpesto travi di legno. E ogni passo è una conferma degli insegnamenti passati. Come una memoria senza tempo, che non invecchia mai. L'ingranaggio perfetto della macchina è pronto all'imprevisto, e insieme programmato al millisecondo. Nessuno è insostituibile, ma la responsabilità singola di ciascuno è fondamentale perché la macchina funzioni. Rispetto e gratitudine, se assenti, danneggiano gli ingranaggi a ogni livello, così come li oliano alla perfezione, se presenti in abbondanza. Nessuno ci prende troppo sul serio quando dichiariamo di lavorare a teatro. Danno per scontato sia un passatempo, o un lavoro poco serio, per gente matta. Eppure in pochi altri mestieri vedo l'utopia di una società davvero funzionale, dove l'obiettivo comune è la stella polare verso la quale tutti si muovono, nella massima armonia possibile, con la massima precisione possibile.
