They’re usually good, sometimes very good, and priced reasonably. This particular store pick, “Catcher in the Rye”, is one I helped pick and falls into the “very good” category, IMHO. Big and bold with lots of fresh mint and menthol, balanced by a terrific caramel and butterscotch note on the palate, with a thick and creamy texture and a long minty finish. Quite good indeed. I liked it enough to buy the whole (emptied) barrel, which is now sitting on my front porch 😄.
