He pays you no mind, continuing to scribble on the raw sheets. You approach him, setting the plate down onto the calculations he was doing. For a second, he looks up at you shocked; as if unaware you had entered, interrupted his work. Then, he doesn't spare you a glance as your spoon lifts up, focused on the integration he was attempting.

"I don't need feeding."

"You haven't eaten in a day, Senku. You can't function off water."

His protests fall as the spoon slips pasts his lips, eyes glued onto the numbers.

He despises reviving you. Although you not being relatively helpful to the vision he had in mind, he found himself longing for something.

He mutters to himself, ashamed that the depetrifying fluid was in his hand. It was after the battle with Ibara, he thinks, he left your statue to rot as an exercise against his sentimentality. After all, emotions are not needed in the new world.

But after a long night in the laboratory, his constitution was weak, and he bottled some revival fluid and set out on a short walk to find you. Of course he could, no matter how much he tried to push you out of his mind, his legs found their place and he was already infront of you.

He doesn't look when he pours the liquid on you. He doesn't look either when he takes the draped shawl off his shoulders, and lays it on the ground for you. You walk back to the Kingdom in silence, Senku ten steps ahead of you at all times.

He lays his hand on your shoulder whilst he's forced to explain how to make something vital to progress. Perhaps you're his last anchor to humanity.

You're sitting next to Senku-- who's standing-- (this won't take long, no need to sit he says) as he describes batteries to the Science Kingdom. Chrome is scribbling down everything he can.

Mid-way through his explanation, his dark eyes glance down at you. His eyebags are deep, an indicator of another restless night in favour of his experiments. He rests a hand lazily on your shoulder, one of the rare moments of affection he displays.

He grips you a little tighter when he finishes, quickly turning around and leaving the room.

Gen sighs, "Scientists really are something."

Chrome looks at the schematics that he finished, turning them upside down. Due to Senku's vehement refusal to help more than absolutely necessary to his survival, most of the work lay on Chrome.

Another rare moment of affection is late at night, when even the insects are at rest, he knocks on your door.

You always let him in. A part of you hopes this is the night where he goes back to normal, but it never is. Sometimes, he just starts to work near you, letting you go back to sleep.

Other times, he's more touchy, a hand grazing down your hip. He never tries anything, just gazing longingly. Although he knows sexual frustration is an animalistic desire, one he can't ignore, he tries anyway.

It never lasts long, by the time the sun peeks through the horizon he's gone.

He kills Moz.

You were one of the chosen for the spies, or maybe Moz just took a liking to you after the whole island debacle. Either way, Moz's disgusting advances on you ticked him off too bad. It was simple, an unremarkable death by all means. He just choked in his sleep.

Senku has never told anyone what he used, but you saw chemicals in the laboratory that wouldn't be used for anything but poison.

3700 years gave him time to think, his psyche broke, his morals changed. he rationalised against kindness.

like instead of being interested in space, he's into quantum mechanics and mathematics. still knows the same amount of knowledge (if not more).

he doesn't care much for educating others, rather transfixed on the idea that he can mould this 'new world' into whatever he wishes to. a utopia with no crime (tsukasa 2.0). he revives the absolute minimum amount of people, and hates talking. constantly stuck in his lab, writing down all mathematical proof on quantum mechanics, only making the quality of life better for others so they can produce more.

human emotions are inefficient. normal senku is aware of his limitations and that a single man cannot accomplish much on his own, relying on others. this senku does not have the word cooperation in his vocabulary, ordering others to do stuff or just completely ignoring the science kingdom. after all, all good science was discovered by loner scientists who were transfixed on a subject. this stone world gives him all the time to theorise on a proof for quantum gravity.

why man? a statistical improbability. some radio waves that got lost and bounced off the atmosphere, there is a 0% chance of alien life. instead, a particle accelerator would be much more efficient (and totally not just a self indulgence that helps no one).

guns were created soon after revival, other weaponry soon after. how can one fight a war with no tools? tsukasa doesn't survive, traitors can't be given a second chance. shame, as he agreed with his outlook.
