Killian was born in a wealthy pureblood family and was burdened by the expectations. He was the eldest son so he was expected to marry and have children to continue the Hook name, a pureblood girl of course but he didn’t want that. He didn’t want to get married or stay still, he wanted to travel the world and he was perfectly comfortable stealing and cheating and lying to get there. When he graduated, he left school immediately with a group of his friends and stole a flying ship that was supposed to be en rout to London.
Nowadays though, he’s tired and feeling uninspired. He decided to take a vacation an settle down in Greylock’s landing for awhile, letting his underlings take care of things while he’s away. His vacation would be perfect if he wasn’t having such horrible nightmares about a ticking crocodile and a boy with a youthful looking face. He knows this boy will be his undoing and he knows that he’s somewhere nearby. He either has to kill the boy or recruit him to his crew, he knows what option he’s partial too, it’s just a matter of pulling it off.
