J.P. Wallace, along with his business partner, opened a firm called Illusion Solutions in Scotland where they research and develop new charms, spells, hexes, curses, counter curses, transfiguration, and pretty much anything that has to do with wand waving. Unlike the ministry people here are allowed to research and chase down spells they think are important. They are also hired by places like Saint Mungo's to develop or modify spells. Most people work on spells from start to finish with research, the development, testing and submitting to the ministry to have it be added to the known spell list. People here can make more money than at the ministry if they work on funded projects or about the same if they chase their own passions. Below are some of the jobs that are open.

Business Partner: This is someone who has known J.P. the longest. They met while J.P. was finding himself by traveling the world and they have pretty much been best friends for the last ten to fifteen years. Like J.P. they have the money to start it up and they actively find people who are willing to invest in projects or pay for their services.

Project Director: This is someone who oversees the current projects everyone is working on. They help assign resources or assign people to projects if they don't have any. They also work on their own projects.

Human Resources and Pay Roll: This is basically the same person. They are the ones who handle your time off, your pay, and any issues you have with the company. They also handle if you need money for travel or reimbursed for travel. Lots of accountants here.

Researchers: This is everyone else. These people are the ones that do all the hard work.
