OP is the one ruler of Cybertron and while his political home base is in Iacon, he lives far away from the city in an isolated, massive palace too big for him.
Empress Elita manages interstellar affairs as well as outgoing military. Her home is on Lunar and she also resides in a palace, only visiting Prime sparely.
Lord Protector Megatron is Optimus' brother. He is 9m years older and while he harbors some resentment and jealousy OP was chosen by Primus to be a Prime, he lets his home world military feats boost his magnanimous ego and stays distant.
Because Optimus is struggling under the mental strain of a flux of outside threats, his head treasurer, Tracks, recommends he get a concubine to ease his troubles. This turns into all of his closest advisors and comrades pushing him to get a harem.
