About Yamato...
I see a lot of people who thinks Yamato's topic is not clear yet. At the beginning of the last chapter they call Yamato 'Princess Oni'. That means Yamato didn't consider herself as 'a man' before her admiration and obsession for Oden. And Yamato called herself a son because she thinks that she needs to be a man to be Oden. This is a crisis identity, not a gender dysphoria.
We still have to see in the flashback why Kaido (who clearly doesn't respects nor love yamato and hates that she says she's Oden) calls her son.
This debate was over the moment the vivre card was out. Since we can't know Yamato's thoughts because she doesn't exist, we have to listen to her creator and to the staff. Them adding her in that We Are One video for women and them treating her like a woman in the vivre card means they want us to know she's a woman.
