The Universe decided to show me that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. I was supposed to wake up and go to a counseling appointment but had a terrible IBS (inflammatory bowel syndrome) flare up and couldn’t leave the bathroom for too long. 🙄 So I cancelled my appointment and finally, after sleeping on the couch until 2:30-3:00 I finally felt good enough to eat something and do this.
