lol getting back into baking after years is funny bc like okay it is in many ways like riding a bike I successfully made artisan bread and brioche and white bread/similar already nice nice. but then I cut up the same dough ive been cold fermenting and making artisan dough with and just rolled it into little sub sandwich rolls. with the same amount of steam and same oven temperature and no butter or milk wash and only thought to not bake them as long. long story short these are CRUNCHY and girl my gums are aching LOL...
