thinking about especially superstitious types of people seeing that satoshi akiyoshi — who's been present for majority every disaster & crisis both natural & man-made in the past dozen or so years — has arrived to their neighborhood, so to speak (whether that's a town or city, an island, or a whole region), & being so sure this means they must prepare in case he ends up bringing something to their home just by existing in the space. there's not a single region that hasn't seen a disaster that correlates with satoshi's being there, & so often trouble follows him, or he puts his nose where it doesn't belong & drags the trouble into light. to some he might be a beacon of hope, a champion in every sense who can help save them if something does happen. to others he might just be an omen, a harbinger of potential disaster that'll both come & go with satoshi.
