Pascale couldn’t help but laugh at that, a bubbly giggle that suggested she, too, may be a little drunk.
“You flatter me, Clair! You’re too sweet.” Without even thinking about it, she leaned over to rest her head on the advisor’s shoulder, closing her eyes.
