We stripped it down to the bare wood, did a grain enhancement then blue fade on the front then left the sides & back natural. This customer stripped his 1974 Rickenbacker 4001 down the the bare wood decades ago when he was younger and decided he wanted to bring it back to life and make it look like it did when it was new. Thankfully the original color was still in the pickup and control cavities so we were able to match it exactly.
