So today, Oo Jia posted up photos of two Angelic Pretty Day Dream Carnival dresses and asked people to vote for colors, implying that she's going to make those dresses (she's careful never to say anything, because she knows it can get her page taken down). As of right now, she's gotten over 300 likes to that. If everyone who liked it so far, were to buy it, and we assume each dress will be $100, then she will generate $30,000. So I went to AP SF and I started putting JSKs in my cart to see how many it took to get to $30,000. I added them all and was still well under so I added all the OPs, I still was barely even half way there, so I just started at the top and started adding one of every item. I ran out of items. In the end, I had to tell it I wanted duplicates of a few things to get up to that total. It's 251 items. It weights way more than I do. I was going to take a screen capture, but it took so many screens, that I gave up and rand a add on to download the thumbnails and then screen captured the thumbnails on my computer. So this, this is $30,000 of Angelic Pretty. People say replicas don't hurt brands, but this, this is enough to stock a store. Now, I know not everyone who liked that post is going to buy that dress, but still... the inanity of it all.
