it was very brief. only a few sentences. but i caught myself mid-shift while writing a post... and seeing what i wrote just sealed in blood what i already knew.

i understand why outsiders think we’re all just playing pretend or whatever the fuck else they think. i get it. i also understand doubts from inside the alterhuman community. but this shit is real. i don’t know why i’m like this. i don’t know if it’s psychological or spiritual or both or neither. fuck. but when i look at those words, when i think about how i felt in that moment?
