I made this for Onextrapixel, an online magazine for designers and web developers. It has been a huge success so far! I'm already planning the second part. Any ideas?

I was amazed by how adding a simple shadow could create such a beautiful depth of design to the flat UI elements. What if we bring this effect to the web?
Love this idea. Flat design is one of my favorite styles of web design and this makes it even cooler. I am going to have to test this one out.
Good landing pages are indispensable from a marketing point of view. They are the entry points for valuable visitors, and every business wants pages that can funnel users in the right direction. A lot is riding on landing pages – they have to be perfect. As a graphic designer working on a corporate landing page, I felt a trifle stifled at first.
I have been looking for landing page ideas for work...I have never actually had to design one so I figured I would look around. This is one of the sites I found and it might be nice for some inspiration. They are beautiful and I think I can take some ideas and create my own. Until then, enjoy!
The web is buzzing with responsive web designs right now. To have a single site that will change its styling accordingly to fit to the device it's being viewed on.
This one might not be as fun as the ones I usually post, but it is important to know how to create a fluid website that re sizes properly when the screen changes. I know I have had to do this many times and this way seems like a much better way to me.

There is no doubt that websites are edging more and more into the web app, or interactive arena, rather than the static websites that most of us began with. As links and buttons are being used now to trigger more than simple submissions and links to new pages our design needs to reflect these new functions.
