I do have to shout out a few focus it did start a 9 round but yesterday keep hear do one hand push up lets do this. And seeing other pushing themselfs on there IG or personal want to shout them out. #onehandedpushups today for 22 day challenge. Nominated by @ronaldgg29 ... I nominate @zonemuscletone because he's in full blown off season .. Day 18/22 of my #22pushupchallenge. Ronald nominated me to do 22 push-ups a day for 22 days. Every day 22 veterans, police and first responders commit suicide after suffering from PTSD, and I hope to raise awareness of their struggle. In case anyone out there needs help here's the number to call. Suicide Prevention Hotline: 1-800-273-8255 (TALK) Rules:- Once nominated, start the next day- Record yourself doing 22 push-ups, in any manner you can (from your knees, one-handed, with rest, etc), all in one shot. Pass on the challenge every day to a new person: someone who can achieve it, and who will want to do it- Have fun, and remember those whose wounds aren't physical, and whose suffering continues long after their service is done. Disclaimer: During and after ny 22 days I can't be nominated again for 6 months.
