Dream’s first human word is ‘help’, after observing how that tends to make humans approach the ones saying it. He tends to ignore the humans attempting tests on him, but ‘smiles’ and mimics George, and by extension Sapnap, whose only job is to observe and feed him. Strangely, he shows hostility towards the scientists who are working on a recently discovered dragon-like egg.
