Finally made it to "Onederland"!!!! So proud of myself. I actually cried. Haven't been this weight since early high school.

Scale victory
At the doctor's office today, I was 195.0 with all my clothes on. Typically I dislike the number at the dr because it adds at least a pound with clothes.
Weighed in at 199.8lb this morning. Means I've only had a .8lb loss since last Friday, but at least I'm back under 200! Hopefully if I don't blow everything and stick to my diet over the weekend, I can get back down to this years starting weight of 198.6 by next week. I'm glad I'm making progress in a downward trend, but annoyed with the speed. Since it seems I'm only losing 1lb a week, I probably won't manage to lose as much in the next month as I was hoping.
206.57 lbs = 93.7 kg
So close to Onderland. It's even 10 days of good choices. I think 10 more will get me there if I stay focused.
It also gets me in the 80's on kg

199.6 this morning!!!! Yea!!!!

Stepped on the scale first time in 3 weeks. Post vacation, post nightmare airport trip. Was heavily concerned the number would be crazy. (Remember those chocolate almonds, they were not my only foray into poor eating.) However, the scale was kind because 95% of my eating choices were good, and I exercised my arms off over vacation.
