Below is an autoresponse wherein the customer has left a trendy fashion website with items still left in their cart. Autosending a check-in email about these forgotten items leads to the customer being more likely to follow through with their purchase.

This next email is a promotional email sent out to those on the company's mailing list. This is introducing a summer sale as well as giving the reader an idea of what new items are available. This email would include images of the available listings applicable to the sale.

I am aiming for a playful and casual tone where the demographic is young women between the ages of 16-30. Being playful and not forceful in the wording, customers are more likely to positively engage with the content. The causal nature means customers do not have a negative reaction from being pressured to spend money, and instead feel invited to explore the website, leading to them engaging with items they are interested in and likely to purchase.
