hello hello call me kib!! iāve had posting my art online in my new yearās resolution lists for nearly a decade now, and i want to finally be able to check it off as done!!! i thought about it as this big scary thing that i have to do perfectly, especially since iām working to get a creative job. HOWEVER iām sick of acting too careful and not putting myself out there, so what better way to ease into getting into the groove of posting than the olā unreliable tumblr where i can be anonymous?
my passion is in narrative pieces but iām so burnt out from art school that i will probably post whatever comfort doodle i drew on my ipad to take a break from my thesis film
since it took so much effort to even get myself to make this post i donāt want to filter what i post here to make it ādigestibleā at all. i donāt want to have a game plan or think about how my ābrandā looks. this is tumblr for fuckās sake. i tried to be sellable and ended up not making a single mark.

Am I the only one that thinks Tumblr users blend together with their rhetoric and bait techs? Itās all the same lowercase, Tweet-length, Ulysses-styledĀ stream of consciousness thatās so easy to break.
Itāll get you the first time, maybe even 3, but after that it just so samey, youāll think theyāre made of an assembly line.Ā
