It has come to the attention of me and a few other Founders of Rooster Teeth that things...have been too...lax. Now I know that many of you will believe that this is not a bad thing, and for the most part it isn’t..but many of the longer standing members of this company will understand when I say this only means there is more than likely a storm ahead. 

We are not alone. 

We don’t know when, we don’t know how...but we know it will happen, and when it does we need to be ready, not only for our own sake but the sake of the people depending on us.

For these reasons the Founders and I have decided we need to..take action...with various aspects of this company. We are all aware of how well things are doing at this moment in time but producing content, fun and games is not our only purpose. We are protectors.

Sometime within the upcoming weeks a practice will be put in place to test the bonds that have grown within the company. Everyone will be included in this task, though as your leader I shall be adjudicating and observing the outcomes of the actions that are to be taken. Teamwork is the key when it comes to our jobs, the publicly known side and the faces we keep among ourselves.

As you may know from working here-- whether it be a few months or years-- I’m not usually one for making speeches unless necessary and today I feel it my duty just to keep you aware and thinking even though Christmas festivities are around the corner for many of us.

As of recent, Two members of our family have received a threat from what has been found out as a somewhat established Anti-Mutant activist group. I assure you all the matter is being dealt with calmly and responsibly as I speak, and all is well.

This is just a reminder to keep your wits about you over the upcoming days. Not everyone happens to see the world though our eyes.

With the amount of heart, soul and passion shown here at the office, I’m more than certain you’ll become family in no time.

Of course, I know you have friends here from LA but please, please, become or at least try to become friends with some of the people here in Austin. A few of these people should possibly be the Achievement Hunters, as you’ll be sharing their office until facilities have been build for you and your Hausmates. Unlike some of your friends, however, you’ll be occupying your own desk- A little bird told me your preference for standing desks.
