5-What character that youāre writing do you most identify with? 18-Do any of your stories have alternative versions? (plotlines that you abandoned, AUs of your own work, different characterisations?) Tell us about them. 20-Tell us the meta about your writing that you really want to ramble to people about (symbolism youāve included, character or relationship development that you love, hidden references, callbacks or clues for future scenes?)
Thank you, bby!! ā¤ļø

Ooof, I had to think so hard about this one. Probably Ada, my OC in The Fire In Your Eyes, thereās a lot of me in her, itās why itās such a personal story, but sheās more subdued than I am, and Iād also have to say Evy Carnahan/OāConnell, (for those that donāt know Iāve written a couple of things for The Mummy 1999). A sweet lil mix of those two and you have me. 18 - Do any of your stories have alternative versions? (plotlines that you abandoned, AUs of your own work, different characterisations?) Oooh, nelly... The only thing that comes to mind is for Lost In Hawkins. I was gunna have the reader spend a whole week there, but then I liked the idea of the reader just coming back and feeling a bit cheated of an experience. idk why, probably for the ~drama~. (and maybeĀ ācause Iām planning a sequel).

Oh, boy, literally everything I write has a meaning, an English teacher would love me. Nearly every chapter of the two seriesā Iām writing has callbacks or clues for future chapters, I love dotting those in and just seeing if people will catch them.Ā
Apologies everyone Iām gunna ramble on about TFIYE ācause itās the story that gets me most excited and has the most to talk about; I love the character developments I was able to do with Ada and the gang. Having her fit in and gel with the group in a way that felt real was vital because otherwise the story would have fallen apart, but I couldnāt create this perfect character otherwise it would be boring, so Iām quite proud of how I developed her.
Also forĀ TFIYE, Adaās progression through weaponry is very symbolic; she starts the series using a Repeater because itās what she was taught to use and is most comfortable with, and it allows for some distance from an enemy, then she progressed to using a knife to kill someone which is obvs very up-close, but then she went back to a Repeater because she was at war with herself and what she wants, and then in the most recent chapter, she killed and threatened someone with Revolver aimed at their head because she knows what she wants now and is comfortable with it. Her choice of weaponry will continue to change throughout the rest of the series, depending on her mental state.
Iām not gunna say any moreĀ ācause I donāt want to give anything away for the people that do read it, but things have been put in that will give clues to something thatās going to happen.
