I'm really upset tbh. It's because things are really unstable atm in Thailand, but I won't be going until April but if I keep paying money and it hasn't got any better and I can't go I won't be able to go anywhere else and the whole thing is just really shit (though obviously more shit for the Thai people involved)
Hi, last week I realized one of my teachers had predicted me the wrong grade on my UCAS form after it had been sent so I cancelled it and I resubmitted a new one last Friday. I'm now getting new acknowledgement emails from unis but they all have the old application's personal ID on them even though UCAS confirmed my old app has been cancelled. I haven't got my welcome letter yet for the new app and can't log into track at the moment. Should I be concerned about this? Thank you in advance!
Hmm, I think you should email the universities and explain what's happened, but I don't think you need to worry too much, it'll get sorted.
Thanks for the support and hugs last night, guys. You're the best:) It helped a lot, especially bc feeling like a freak who is overreacting for no reason escalates the anxiety, and having support from people who understand takes off some of that pressure.

it's getting there now, so hopefully I should be able to send off a draft to my teacher (or ex-teacher I guess, sob!) tomorrow, and because so much of it is based on last years, it shouldn't need too much more adjusting. (Last year I wrote 17 drafts.)
Actually, would you mind reading over it? Just because you're applying for the same subject and I'm not sure if the proportions of mine are right, like how much I've said about the subject, and then extra-curriculars and stuff.

I'm lucky in that I can like gut last years and use that as the bare bones but it's still such a fucking pain in the arse.
And I'm not sure if it'll stay the same but my conclusion last year was "I look forward to building on these interests and experiencing life at university, and the challenges that it brings, such as living away from home for the first time and learning to manage my own finances as well as furthering my education." and I think a lot of people's are like that

here in britain, you can leave at 16 but to get into uni it’s 18 so age 16 wasn’t really the end of school for me. but this is! school has been kind of hard for me (only started enjoying it this year tbh) so i’m looking forward to moving on as well!
oh you can leave school here at 16 too when you finish the eso years (which are like the elementary ones you're obliged by law to take) and then you have two years which are the ones that get you access to higher education levels like uni and stuff, so this is my last year at last, thought it'd never come tbqh xD
