Headcanons...
As a young child, Elizabeth would always sneak in to her father's study and ask him to read to her. Mr Bennet would take great delight in it, and the pair would spend hours going through the classics. This went on long after Lizzy learned how to read for herself, and their quiet afternoons, filled with nothing but the sounds of rustling pages and the occasional debate, became a custom in the Bennet household that grated on Mrs Bennet's every nerve.
Still quite young, she was once caught hiding in a tree beside the garden wall of the local vicarage, throwing eggs at the incredibly annoying and incredibly ridiculous new vicar.
Elizabeth became great friends with Georgiana and taught her not only how to speak her mind (from time to time, at least), but to look Caroline Bingley straight in the eye if she ever walked in to a room with her hems covered in mud. (And I imagine Lizzy taught her not to care if her dress got splashed with mud during their morning walks because their best walks were beyond the confines of the Pemberley gardens.)

oddbug asked for Rory Williams (hehe):
Gah, I had really detailed headcanons about the Ponds last year, but I can't remember many of them.
Rory started gardening soon after he and Amy got stuck in the 1930s, in honor of his father. It didn't matter that they lived in a tiny Manhattan apartment for the first few years of their new life. He still found his ways and drove Amy spare.
He enlisted in the army once America entered WWII. He got sent to Germany in 1945, and really, the war ended because Hitler saw Rory, remembered the time he punched him and stuffed him in a closet, and then went back to his bunker to commit suicide.
Rory got really excited when the 1960s rolled around because he finally got to wear these glasses on a daily basis.

sentimientodivino asked for Violet Crawley:
dasdlkadslk I don't have many headcanons about Violet because Violet is perfect.
Violet was mildly in love with one of the valets in her childhood home. It wasn't anything serious, but she was infatuated with him through many of her teen years, and while she never, ever entertained the idea of it actually leading to anything, the memory of it is what made her so accepting of Sybil and Branson.
Robert actually grates on her nerves and she writer out lists of insults she can subtly sneak in to conversations with him when she's at the Dowager House, quietly laughing to herself as she comes up with them.
She secretly admires America. (No she doesn't, but the thought of it makes me laugh.)
