Long story short, because there’s too much to explain here, the Glitch-verse is a sort of universe in my personal characters that exists to utilizes “rejected” ideas and concepts I didn’t implement into the other Verses. Everyone is a sort of polar opposite of the Prime-verse, with the main three being Olim (opposite of Milo. Pronounced “Oh-lim”), Anul (Luna, a cat and the only chick here. Interestingly, “Annul”, which is pronounced the same way means “Void”, but it was unintentional), and Hplar (Ralph. A guinea pig. Pronounced “Plar”). Glitch-verse residents are usually negative emotions multiplied.

Olim is a sort of baddie to everything, but he’s also incredibly forgetful of short term, and often forgets his main motives. Phlar, who is crazy and actually more the one in charge, though he won’t admit it. And Anul is the least malicious, and usually appears to be sad, though her face is just stuck like that. Also, unlike Olim, most “Glitchies” are just shaped shadows, with eyes and mouths visible. 

Olim is able to take form like this because he has stolen many “Royal Relics”, which are each universe’s artifact that is held by the closest representation of Milo, usually an accessory or jewelry. Many of the accessories Olim wears were taken from other unknown Verses, including the earrings and a few bracelets he has hidden in his sleeves. However, those are weak in maintaining his solid form in addition to his abilities, so he tends to glitch from time to time. He does not seem to enjoy it.

Several artifacts he seeks in particular to collect are Milo’s wedding ring (the Ring of Dewclaw), Bill and Jeff’s lockets (Amulets of Catspaw. Rare case of split artifacts, purely because Jeff, Bill’s little brother, is an anomaly that shouldn’t exist in the multiverse, but does as natural means to balance Olim’s unfair command of power), and Quirky’s collar (Quirky is basically Bill, but a dog, in a universe where everything is dogs, even dogs. The collar holds a tag, known as the Disc of Walkies. I... made these names up when I was a kid. XD).
