Howlin' Wolf - Smokestack Lightnin'

Recently I’ve been trying to watch any movie that would be kind of weird or unique. Giving preference to sci fi movies, as that’s my favorite genre. The very last film I watched was “Ghost world”, which is a rather fictional film. Certainly an odd one, specially the end, which was quite unexpected, I must say. Two young girls star the film: their hairstyles are cool, the way they dress is ratchet; but most importantly, in the middle of the story, one of the girls meets a guys who recommends a vintage cool blues song to her, called “Devil got my woman” by Skip James There’s a feeling to the song which makes it memorable and gives us the lead to explore more of the old blues. I love it when I find art that is linked to other kind of art. This just extends the feeling it produced in me in the first place. Ghost world is probably not a movie you’ll love if you aren’t depressed or a little sensitive so I dont recommend it to everyone, but it is a movie you’ll enjoy if you try and find the message of the plot. So if you just want to detach for awhile from reality, then definitely go to the ghost world.
