Sometimes I feel like Rumpelstiltskin. In the late 80s or the mid-90s I was building and painting lots of things and then a lot of Life happened up until couple years ago. I've been picking up projects that have been Gathering dust for 30 plus years and finishing them using techniques that I'm learning and I feel like my painting hand can't keep up with all of the ideas that keep bursting through my head of all the things that I want to work on. There's been a lot of advances in the items available the paint with, like speed paints and shaders and commercially available wet pallets. My paint desk is overflowing right now because I have so many ideas of different things that I want to work on. I've heard that this isn't a bad thing, having a chaotic workspace can cause your mind to seek out an order to it, in my case it means I will either organize it neatly, or more likely finish a bunch of the half-completed pieces that are in front of me. I love the proliferation of online classes, you can't throw a rock on YouTube without hitting someone sharing great techniques.
